(第178章)
「19.解除婚姻备忘录
(1)婚姻双方于接获指明公职人员根据第17条所交予他们的订明表格后一个月内，可在对方及2名签署作见证人的成年人在场下，在香港签署协议书或备忘录，明确解除该婚姻，并由根据第20条登记时起生效。律师
(2)解除婚姻协议书或备忘录如已依照第(1)款规定签署及见证，须由根据第20条登记时起生效，以解除婚姻。
20.登记解除婚姻备忘录
根据及按照第19条在解除婚姻协议书或备忘录上签署的双方，须由签署之日起14天内，或按双方根据第17条曾晤见的指明公职人员据特别理由而准许的较长时间内，亲自或经正式授权的代理人，将该解除婚姻协议书或备忘录的详情向该公职人员登记，而该人员亦须在该份协议书或备忘录上加签注明根据本条登记的纪录。
