第四步：到工商局注册大厅领取营业执照。
How to setup a
Foreign Investment Enterprise
First step: Please come to our
registration hall to apply for a name of your enterprise and present
documents as below:
1. Requisition signed by investors;
2. Investors’legal proof of
establishment;
3. Foreign investors’banking proof of
capital and credit;
4. 《Requisition For Registration of
Enterprise’s Name》signed by investors;
5. Other pertinent documents and
credentials.
Second step:You should apply for
approval certificates to Commission of foreign Economic Relation and
Trade Cooperation, and present contract, association articles and
feasibility report.
Third step: When you obtain approval
certificates, please come to our registration hall to apply for
business license and present documents as below:
1. 《Requisition For Registration of
Foreign Investment Enterprise》signed by legal person;
2. Approval Notification of
Enterprise’s Name;
3. Written Reply of governing
authority on contract, association article and feasibility report;
4. Approval certificate;
5. Contract, association article;
6. Appointment Certificates and copies
of valid identification certificates of members of board of
residence;
7. Certificates of enterprise’s legal
residence;
8. Investors’legal proof of
establishment, investors’banking proof of capital and credit;
9. Other pertinent documents and
credentials.
Fourth step: Please go back to our
registration hall and get your business license.
